Apart from helping you recover from your health problems, I will also help you cook vegan meals on the fly (no recipe).

No longer will you stare at the contents of your fridge or larder and wonder what you will eat, or look at a recipe and realise you need some of the ingredients you need.

Cooking on the fly is simple when you follow specific rules about what vegetables, fruits, spices, and herbs you should have in your pantry and fridge. When you are in that position, you can look at the contents of your fridge or freezer and decide what you want to cook. It's a straightforward and stress-free approach.
