Patrick, I really think you did a great job keeping me informed on where we were to meet in manila and at what time you would be there all of which went like clock work.
Your health lectures were great and i learned a lot from them. I am still trying to do all the things you told us to do. i have lost 35 pounds since changing to the fruits and veggies.
Laurence and Wilson did a great job getting all my problems solved, my heart rate is now normal and the pain in my right leg is gone, i can now see my ankles which is a good sign the heart is doing better.
I just wished he was closer to where i live. I am glad to have met you and would not hesitate to tell other about you and your tours. thanks for your help and take care, Vance
